Ms Sunshine Organic Farms Charitable Trust

We started out as Consulting company in New Zealand from 2008 to 2014.We moved to Samoa in 2014 and became an organic Cacao Plantation in Tuanai village, on Upolu Island. We employed hundreds of village labourers to support our farm. We began exporting our beans, running cacao tours, and provided free tree pruning, fermenting and value-adding trainings to women growers and then to church youth and other farmers. We also began mentoring individual farmers and supporting them to gain export markets for their products. We did all of this not because we had to but because we loved supporting our community. We have co-created NGOs, farming groups and professional associations to support the work of farmers, helping them become successful in their own right. Our values are; to encourage, empower and rise.Last year, 2021, it was clear that the enormous capacity we have to support our grassroots communities, is having more impact than if we were a profiting entity. So here we are...waiting to partner with you on a Cacao adventure for the love of the farmers.
