Highly recommend this resort, happy staff, excellent Villa with amazing views and loved the location so close to city yet so quiet and peaceful. We went with toddlers and the swim was perfect at the pool bar!

Great place for a family vacation, the staff are very friendly. Good water sports, large pool and small children’s pool too.

5 minutes out of town which is great because you feel like you are really on a tropical island.

Internet a little expensive but who care your on holidays so why check email

Gorgeous location, packed with activities for family’s and couples alike, however probably not appropriate for quiet romantic getaways as there’s so many kids about (unless of course you have kids in which case the nanny service is perfect!)
Facilities could be a little cleaner, the tiles by the pool were in need of a water blasting and lots of the lounger seat covers were stained.
Staff were the highlight of our stay, sincerely friendly and always ready to go out of their way to make your stay pleasant and enjoyable ☀️

No door keys for rooms, have to go to reception to get someone to open room, very inconvenient, due to storm last week, apparently.
Recieved door card key 4 days later.
Menu at breakfast/ diner did not change in 10 days, but great food.
There is no beach as such, mostly surrounded by rock wall, with steps to lagoon.
If you want to do nothing, come here,if you want nightly entertainment,go somewhere else
    Staff are very friendly though.
Buses to Port vila very frequent, do not pay more than 150pp vatus one way

The place is in desperate need of renovation. It is showing it age. The pool did not get cleaned the whole time we were there. Food was ok and the my son loved the kids club. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful place nice people. Rooms are large and clean. Although some facilities are getting old. Food and drink here are not as cheap as you think but reasonable. Some food tastes amazing some average but haven't had anything that's bad. During the day enjoy the pool or hire some equipments for a range of water activities. In summary a good location for a relaxing long weekend. Just chill.

Loved this resort - would stay here again! Rooms were very clean and a great size, we fit 2 adults and 2 kids very comfortably. Staff are so friendly and the kids club is very cute and offers lots of different activities each day. The food was beautiful as well. Would highly recommend this resort for families.

NOT COMING BACK FOR ME. This is a lovely resort, close to everything BUT: wifi not provided free like the other resorts around. Even paid for the wifi but couldnt get a little signal in room so i refused to pay at the end. I booked advance 2 mths ago & checked in at midnight , still had to wait 30-45mins in the dark to get the room ready coz it was not arranged the 2 beds as i noted when i booked. The front office should get the training on customer service. They should smile more rather than the cold face meanwhile the people in this country are so nice, kind & friendly. I said i had a bad experience staying here but the staffs seems dont even care. My frd staying at Erakor island & sent us a messgage through reception but we never heard from them. We only knew until we met on airplane flying back Aus & my frd told me that she left a message for us. Ruin my mood in a very beautiful country.

Lovely resort, Close to Port Vila and have taxis waiting on hand at the resort. There are many free activities to do at the resort. Like Kayaking, Pool, Table Tennis, Tennis, Bikes and a few more. The room I was in needed a bit of updating. The buffet for Breakfast and Dinner was AMAZING! Staff are kind and helpful. Would deferentially stay again!

A prominent resort in Vanuatu that charges extra for Wi-Fi. I was disappointed. Cocktails by the pool were awesome though.

First time to Vanuatu and I must say that I was not very impressed. As a day pass holder, you are still spending money but treated not as great. I would have stayed longer if the service was better. Beautiful hotel though!

Beautiful people in a gorgeous location. A little dated but clean. Expect "Island style" and you'll be happy. Expect more than can be given and you will be disappointed. We loved our week here and would love to cone again! 👍👍👍💜

Nice hotel if a little tired in places, mainly due to the run of poor weather/cyclones but still in need of a little sprucing up. Great watersports facilities included so perfect to paddle across to Erakor Island across a small channel and spot some starfish and other marine wildlife.

We were a group of 6 and if you want to be blown away go to the Warwick with lots of friendly staff/people, Vanuatu is a very good experience and tropically hot and warm. Good snorkeling and is a good place to sit, back, relax and enjoy the Warwick Le Lagon

We were a group of 7. We visited this amazing resort last Friday to have Dinner. The seafood buffet was option available.
The service was excellent but the buffet was pricy for the offering 5000 vt per person.
Seafood wasn't top quality in comparison to Australia. Oysters looked it was frozen and flat. Prawns were ok. Roast was dry. Calamari was definitely good. Stir fry beef was also a good choice made by chef a la minute. There was no desserts only 3 varieties of cakes. The refill of desserts was poor. We were wondering if they serve fruits after a while a chef brought out the fruits. The fruits were pineapple and watermelon only. The pineapple was overriped and you can get the fermentation taste, the fruit looked it was chill burnt ( glassy). The salads were average. The only Salad that was nice is the prawns noodles. There was a Fish on offer it was nice too. The buffet needed a review by management to be fixed as it will complement the nice set up of the resort.

I was meant to travel and stay at Warwick Le Lagoon in Vanuatu for 2 nights recently in November.

However, our flights were cancelled and we were unable to be booked on another flight. The other 2 resorts that we were staying at at the start of the trip were understanding and issued us with refunds. I contacted Warwick Le Lagoon via telephone and was told to call back the next day. I did call back the next day to speak to reservations and was told that she would speak to the manager and call me back. Two days later I still had not heard anything. I emailed reservations (Margaret) and was told that the hotel will be keeping 100% of the accommodation booking. I responded asking about a partial refund due to the circumstances and the large amount that we paid to stay here. I am still awaiting a response.

I understand that the hotel has booking policies however other resorts were willing to come to an arrangement with a refund.

The resort is an expensive resort and we saved quite a bit of money to make sure we could afford to stay there. For the resort to keep the whole $500+ amount is appalling!

This resort has one of the nicer pools in Vanuatu. Great to easy lunch at the in pool bar! The pizzas are the best item on the menu. Homemade pizza bases. Food is expensive at this resort. The lagoon activities are fun and free for non motorised boats.
