Great place to stay with your family, staff very friendly and there’s lots todo close buy or just leave the little ones at the kids club
Clean rooms and great food. Service is excellent too.
V good customer service, rooms clean and tidy. Awesome breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Beautiful surroundings
Very friendly service! A little more expensive than Australia
Very nice staff, very clean hotel. Modern ans clean kids club. Good live music. Great holiday atmosphere.
Love the over water bungalows
It's everything you'd expect from a 3.5 star island hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are well appointed and clean. The swimming pools and facilities are pretty good meaning lots to do in everything but the worst of the weather (technically it's now rainy season but we've done okay so far). The food is better than the basics; it is tasty, served in big portions and reasonably priced. All things considered, we'll come back again.
Booked in after phoning, for a buffet dinner, only to find it was a set menu. Beautiful Sandy beach location but very average food to say the least. A long way to go yet!
We went in the quiet season and it was very quiet. The staff were, obviously, fantastic. The food was about what you'd expect at a mid range resort. The facilities generally were a little tired but very clean and well maintained. There is a very pleasant private lagoon and plenty of activities for adults and children. Din;t go into the casino so can't comment. The daycare facilities were simple but very good and we had trouble getting our son to leave each day.
A beautiful location on the lagoon. Delicious food at the restaurant. Two swimming pools, one aimed at families, the other a quieter area.
Holiday Inn provides a lovely resort with all inclusive facilities. Unfortunately most of our group (12 in total) had food poisoning after eating the buffet on the beach at the Hotel. Recommend avoid this event to remain healthy on your visit as it spoils the experience. There is clearly an issue with hygiene at this resort.
Matthew and his staff went above and beyond to welcome us and help us deal with our sick children. Nothing was too difficult. They made sure we still had an amazing stay and helped us in more ways you could imagine. The quality of their service is unquestionable.
The Holiday Inn at Vanuatu rooms are very overpriced, zero atmosphere May/June as few people staying/place feels empty, not how we imagined it would be from the internet such as the lagoon water is not clear so forget about swimming.
We took the villas on the lagoon. It was a really nice location. You can paddle or swim to the villas from the main resort building which was fun to do. The large two roomed villas were really nice. Had dinner here one night which was really good and the fire show they had that night was awesome.
Very friendly and efficient service. Nice clean rooms. Sourranded by beautify scenery . Crystal clear water and golden sandy beach. Yummy buffet breakfast and good selection of local fresh fruits on offer.
Overpriced "5" star accommodation. The worst food we've ever had at a hotel
Definitely had a great stay, however, the golf course and gears were very out of date. The greens weren't cut which made things very difficult to sink. But other then that it was a great stay!
Excellent view, Lovely place, attractive place by the beach...Very good service & obviously food!!!
The staff are friendly and the hotel is family friendly. We have a child with an allergy and once we made this clear the restaurant prepared a whole host of additional foods that he could eat.
