Booked a room at Trang Trang Luxury Hotel, booking was confirmed (non-refundable).
Arrived there, Hotel was closed and neighbor referred me to Trang Trang Boutique Hotel across. At the reception they told me they’ve reserved me a room at their Hotel with upgrade!
Room didn’t have a window, was moldy, stuffy and very humid with bad smell. There were insects stuck to the walls almost everywhere. I couldn’t sleep well, breathing was very uncomfortable.
Location is good and staff is nice, but room needs serious maintenance and a window. most disgusting experience ever and not worth the price
Humid and full of artificial light. The staff was really nice but we've had to change hotels because we didn't like it at all.
Location! Location! Location!
The hotel is at the most perfect location. It's steps from the main road, next to an excellent spa, meters away from the beer corners. You'll be spolit for choice for food, souvenirs, shopping, pharmacy, laundry. Everything is just footsteps away. All major sightseeing places are at a walkable distance.
The hotel is shining clean. The rooms are great, clean and cosy. The staff of the hotel is the icing on the cake, ever ready to help, smiling and friendly. Breakfast is great as well. Highly recommended
Nice Service, not very Clean, small Rooms
Dear vacationer,
The hotel itself and the staff working there made a good first impression. One was welcomed friendly and got without long discussions or recommendations direct his room key. From here on, however, the experiences went steeply downhill. Arriving in the room we first had to realize that the bathroom door was completely destroyed. The door could not be closed any more and was only half sloped in the wall. Apart from that, a huge cockroach sat quite cheekily in the middle of the shower and started at me briefly before she disappeared again in the drain. When we reported the circumstance with the bathroom door and the cockroach to the staff, they promised us to take care of it or to repair the bathroom door. Of course neither one nor the other happened. I could talk about the disgusting breakfast, the dirty bathroom fittings, the window view on a concrete wall 10cm away or the cheeky request of the staff that we should not tell anyone about our experiences, but I don't have that much time. To make a long story short, anyone who spends a single night here after reading my commentary is really to blame.
with kind regards
your conscience
Ps.: I caught here a meanwhile 7 days lasting tonsillitis, the air conditioning filters are an imposition and healthwise at least precarious if not even a reason to close this shop.
