Decorated in the greatest of Paris Bistro tradition, The Refinery is a lovely French Brasserie and Wine Bar located in Saigon’s old Manufacture d'Opium. Tucked away in a quiet and secluded courtyard, The Refinery offers a vast covered outdoor terrace with comfy whicker armchairs to relax the day away as well as a tastefully decorated indoor space.
While the bistro serves excellent food - do not leave without trying the “Filet Mignon” - the wine selection is superb with 17 Old and New World wines on offer by the glass. On weekends, a very popular brunch (bookings recommended) with a complimentary chocolate fountain and a dedicated kids' corner - complete with a "home nanny" - delights children and adults alike.
