Comfortable room. Breakfast finish at 9.00 am. Helpful staff but helpless reception for me only one time here never comeback again.
Very nice hotel. The rooms are large and well decorated. The bed is soft and comfortable. It is on the mountain side. A short distance up from the street with the restaurants. The view is of the city not the valley. The hot water tank is small so you run out of hot water in about 5 minutes but it reheats fast.
Good staff good rooms for the price , close to the town center
Nice mountain top coolness. Breakfast okay. Bad experience of having booked room given to others, and was given a very small room (no TV remote, no heater, cold at night). Not worth it even thought room rate was reduced.
Absolute garbage service and overpriced rooms. Beds were comfortable but rooms didn’t have WiFi that actually worked, hot water only lasted about 2 minutes and staff were very rude when we asked about the hot water. Sapa is high in elevation and can be cold, after a long day of motor biking it was frustrating not being able to shower. The receptionist screamed, literally yelled over us, when we tried to resolve by simply checking out and moving to another hotel. She followed us back to our room as we started to pack to continue yelling and call people on her phone. Better options exist in Sapa so skip this one.
Good location, kind staff, well room
Wifi is horrible and there’s no way to improve it
We had 6 floors to climb after a treck it’s a lot and has to be improved
The room and bathroom were clean
Nice staff very welcoming and friendly !
The room is spacious and interior is interesting. Cleanliness can be improved because there are bed bugs. No elevator in the hotel and our room is at level four, meaning we have to climb up the staircase with some of our luggages, though the bell boy helped with some. From the main square, there will be a short and steep walk to the hotel. Breakfast is limited ad well.
We had a wonderful stay, hotel rooms are very spacious & clean, friendly staff and great breakfast too. The owner & his lovely wife are so helpful & accommodating. A recommended hotel to stay when in Sapa.
Had a smooth check in and even a room upgrade. The puppies by the fireplace were so cute. Room was spacious and cosy but a bit chilly and shower ran out of hot water in the middle of my bath. Wasn’t sure how to operate the heater..Only stayed a night so we didn’t call the reception to fix the shower - but it worked the morning after. We rented a bike from them for 100k dong for the day - it was robust and survived the mountainous terrains, rocky and muddy roads. Breakfast was delicious(!!) and the hosts were helpful and gave good recommendations. Overall enjoyed my stay here immensely.
The last floor of this hotel was under the construction. So, I couldn't keep sleeping after 6:30~7:00am. (Even though I had used third floor) The woman staff never apologize to me about this situation. In the sapa, there is much more better hotel than this. The attitude of staff should be changed. Customer is not a tool for earning money. I'm sure that the evaluation of the hotel is overestimated.
Lovely hotel. Located a top a hill over the center square of Sapa. Close to the lake and the beginning of the various trekking routes. You can also rent a motorbike here. We we're lucky and got a room upgrade. The room was very spacious and clean.
Close to the heart of SaPa but in a quiet location. Rooms are clean and well maintained, with a good view over the town (although given how much building is going on in SaPa who knows how long this will be the case). Good breakfast (try the banana and chocolate pancakes).
PR,she is very nice and she gives us many kinds of recommendation those are very useful and she has got service mind. Thanks god.
Absolutely wonderful! The rooms are clean. The bed is a nice memory foam platform. Good showers and hot water. As good or better than a courtyard by Marriott. The staff was so helpful with everything.
Nice view, quiet and refresh atmosphere. Helpful and friendly staff!
Very clean and spacious room with a terrace. The place is a bit dated but charming nonetheless. The staff here are incredibly welcoming and very happy to assist (you could say the same of most Vietnamese people).
The hotel is clean and the staff is so nice. She is so helpful in providing us all the information about sapa. The location of the hotel is right in the middle of Sapa.
I thought this hotel was OK. it is good value but has some fundamental issues. The shower is spacious with good pressure but the water goes cold within 5 minutes. The WIFI is very slow and unreliable, at least on the 4th floor. The included breakfast is very basic. You have to request items like tea bags, butter and jam. Be aware this hotel is located up a nasty little hill above the town. It also has no elevator. The room is quite large with reasonably comfy bedding. The woman on the reception is very friendly and helpful. The other staff are not so welcoming.
Great value for money compared to other options. Very friendly staff. I stayed in the "upper house" which is a low rise structure surrounding a nice little flower garden. Six rooms up there that are great for a group who want to mill about in a shared space when not out in town or trekking. I stayed as an individual and found it quiet, safe, and affordable. A gem.
