Delicious. Fantastic bacon and egg sandwich on house-made sourdough. Good spring rolls. The tofu noodle salad got a bit too much by the end but was still good. Great if your craving western breakfast.

Good service but they need to be more attentative. Food prep took very long but I think they are aware of this as the waiter apologized. The food it self was very tasty but expect to pay more than average food prices.

The food here was amazing! Just one page of dishes, one with drinks, simple but to perfection instead of having 300 mediocre choices. The duck was great and the lotus chips interesting. Prices are not too high for the quality of the food and drinks. You can eat here for 200-500k Dong including a nice coconut gin and tonic:)

Very nice fusion kitchen with excellent service and tasteful food. You would be hard pressed to find anything not to your liking on the menu card. The steamed buns especially are amazing and the visit worth alone. Right on the Main Street. They have Pasteur street IPA, which is a big plus for me.

The most creative restaurant in the Duong Dong area we've found so far. Food is very fresh and delicious, therefore it's definitely not fast. The proper English menu, contemporary decor and twist on traditional dishes makes this modern Vietnamese restaurant worth the visit!

If you love delicious Vietnamese food that is cooked by truly passionate people - go here!

Amazing owners, delicious food and great atmosphere - 100% recommended! The price felt appropriate and definitely in line with other comparable restaurants on the Island.

Was told this would be one of the best places for food on the Island - and my expectations were 100% fulfilled.

    1. Wings as a starter > crispy on the outside.
nearly fell off the bone. Delicious.

    2. Clay hot pot with shrimp as main> loved the sweet and Savory taste. The brown rice which came with it - mixed with pieces of fruit and salad leaves - was incredible.

    3. Some type of chocolate ganache as dessert > I liked the combination with roasted honey flakes and pieces of fruit and amazing vanilla icecream. Can’t go wrong with this dessert.

Highlight was the owner taking her time to explain every dish in detail - as a customer it was nice to see the passion behind the food.

    Will definitely come by again!

If you're looking for a delicious Western breakfast in Phu Quoc, go here, they have real and delicious Sourdough bread and porridge, poached eggs, shakshuka.. All good stuff. Priced are at around 80-100vnd for breakfast and 150-200vnd for lunch, but the quality is great!

Incredibly good food for a reasonable price and a very nice atmosphere. The staff speaks pretty good english. Definitely one if not the best restaurant in Phu Quoc. Highly recommended!

Concentrated menu sometimes reveals that the food is cooked with care. This also being the case in Saigonese eatery. Good food, fresh salad, friendly staff, well made coconut gin & tonic. Maybe a little pricey compared to restaurants around.

Went to this eatery last night and the food was fantastic. Met the chef and she was so gracious! You can tell she has a passion for food. Fusion style Vietnamese with surprises in each bite. A must visit if you are on the island.

Just what I needed: tasty, nutritious food. Love the staff, music and atmosphere. Be sure to pick up rye bread on Sundays.

A very different eating experience with an interesting fusion take on the food served. We liked most of the dishes we had, but some where a bit strange combinations. The Taiwan style Gua bao were tasty, but a bit on the small side, the avocado cream with the squid was an interesting condiment. The main courses were not quite up there with the starters and for me, the popcorn with the banana cake didn't add anything, but overall it was good meal. Yes, it's expensive by local standards, but we had what you see in the pictures, plus five non alcoholic drinks for about US$35, which is hardly crazy money for what we had. Good attentive service, although it was very quiet on a Monday evening. The menu changes monthly, so you might not end up eating the same things as we did.

Possibly the best meal I've had in Vietnam. Really creative and an accessible price point. Limited menu, but everything they do is superb.

A bit pricey but amazing food. Everything was sophisticated and delicious. The Vietnamese waitress with OZ accent is sweet and helpful.

I went to this restaurant twice. On the first night I tried the dock buns the chicken wings in the house salad. All were excellent. As I wanted to try the main dish of duck I returned for a second time a few nights later. Unfortunately they apparently misplaced my order and after waiting 35 minutes I inquired as to the status of my order. I was told it was coming right out however when it arrived it was lukewarm at best and had obviously been sitting. I pointed this out to the waitress who is very very apologetic and was very concerned about my meal. She comped me a beer and asked what she could do to make the situation better. Her attitude was excellent. Even though they made a mistake with my order they made a very concerted effort to rectify the situation. Because of that I will get them high marks. The food is excellent the decor is nice: casual and funky. Kind of a bistro style. The cook trained at a culinary Institute in Hanoi and it shows. His dishes are imaginative, tasty and well-presented. Give them a try. You will not be disappointed. I can specifically recommend the chicken wings and the buns: pork, duck or beef. They are all very good.

Street food in Vietnam is really good. But after some time... Are you bored? Thinking about sth delicious, top quality? Then Saigonese Eatery is the best choice!
