  Don't use this bus company! The staff are rude and ignorant. They shout at you like cattle. They constantly stop to buy themselves drinks and food, or to tout for extra passengers. Making detours to suit them. They do not stick to the schedule,but run their own schedule. The drivers smoke on the bus. I got on the bus at 1.30pm at Hue. We were supposed to stop for an hour at Hoi An where i wanted to buy some food and drink. The driver said half a hour. As soon as we started to walk off,he started bellowing at us to get back on the bus. When we protested he threatened to throw us and our bags off! Reluctantly we got back on with some hostilities exchanged. Then the bus stood stationary for at least 20 mins.We finally stopped at half past 9 for food etc. Unfortunately i am still on the bus which stops about every half hour. I think there are bed bugs too. I am going to complain to the company and urge others to do the same,

  Does not go to hoi an. Staff are not willing to help and lie about where they go. They will dump you on the hi way at 6am and if your lucky the taxi mafia will take you the rest of the way for a price more than your bus fare.

  Worst bus ever! The 1st and the last time I go on this bus! It constantly stops & picks up passengers on the way, which makes it's running late 2 to 3 hours behind the schedule. Usually it takes about 8 to 9 hours from HCM city to Nha Trang city, but it took me about 11hours to be there. It just wasted my time & money!!!

  Worst bus company I used during my time in Asia. Rude drivers and contant stops to pick up passengers/items which doubles the journey length. Use another company.

  AVOID IT!!!!!! A bunch of rude people runs this company. They left us 15 minutes driving away of our destination in the middle of who knows where at 4am. When we said we paid for the fare none of them understood a word suddenly in English and they just waited quietly until we left. My fiancée was eaten alive by bed bugs. There was no toilet on the bus (our original company had one, but these people said we had to go with then on the bus station) and they stopped once 3 hours when we left and then 8 hours after. My seat was full of rubbish when I got on. The worst company I've ever seen!!!!! AVOID IT, AVOID IT, I cannot say this enough!

  Dont go with this bus company! Worst ever! Stoping so often take double time and he realy stop to add gasoline! Why Not do bevore? Total driving time of 3 ours was finaly about 5 ours because of so many stop.

  Worst company ever! The 79B-018.21 Lien Hung bus driver smokes regularly even after multiple passengers raised their complaints. They also stopped frequently to pick up random passengers who paid them cash.
