The staffs are not accomodating. They often (multiple times I came here) insist on sitting us at smaller table despite knowing that we are on a business meeting and we order more than families with big table. This is a clear example of bad services.

I'e been to multiple Alfresco's across Vietnam over the past few years because I like to eat Italian food here. However, this location is just not up to the standard.

The staff are a direct reflection on upon the manager; not very welcoming or customer friendly.

Best place to eat when staying at Hanoi Fortuna Hotel. Close by and very good pizza.
