  The hotel is terribly outdated but if you are looking for a hot shower with incredible views this hotel will not disappoint you. Found the staff to be helpful.

  The food was ok the places seemed run down. They did not want to show us the rooms for some reason so thought they didn't have rooms till we found out they did later. So confusing that front desk guy was.

  Worst hotel ever. Rooms are old and derelict, kitchen and dining rooms as unclean. Dogs are wandering. Staff is unfriendly at the best, even rude sometimes, and totally unhelpful. They don't speak English and really don't care about you. Run for your life...

  The entrance area and the restaurant smells like a really dirty toilet. The waiting room isn't welcoming at all, the seats are quite damaged. I did not had a room but people I meet complained about their room not been cleaned before check-in. At least the stuff at the reception was really friendly and competent!

  Food is pretty good, friendly staff. Good view too. But rooms are horrible, cold in the winter, and not updated. Got booked here part of Sapa tour. Don't recommend staying here.

  Hotel was a bit further from the sapa town centre. Nice grand view overlooking the hill terraces thou. Recommended friendly service staff! They offer trekking services with lunch packages in the hotel which has pretty nice good! Overall a 3 star hotel standard
