Duna hotel is a small hotel but the interior design is quiet good. The interior design is like classic and vintage english style. However, the air conditioner is really bad. Other than that is good. There is free wifi here. Early hotels and inns were little more than an available bed and something barely palatable to eat. The emergence of tourism in the latter half of the 19th century brought with it an improvement of the standards of the early inns. Some pressure was placed on these facilities to offer some minimum standards where the consumer was able to identify a property with specific amenities. The rating system emerged out of efforts by the Automobile and cycling clubs in Europe, who in their tour books displayed hotels, which they recommended to their membership, based on the guaranteed facilities which these hotels/inns offered. At this level, hotels are usually of a size to support higher staffing levels, and a significantly greater quality and range of facilities than at the lower star classifications. Reception and the other public rooms will be more spacious and the restaurant will normally also cater for nonresidents. All bedrooms will have fully en suite bath and shower rooms and offer a good standard of comfort and equipment, such as a hair dryer, direct dial telephone, toiletries in the bathroom. Some room service can be expected, and some provision for business travelers. If I could i would rate them 0.... We were offered 2 rooms a cheap one and an expensive one. We opted for the expensive one because it had a bathtub. But later when I tried to take a bath there was no plug so I could not use the bath.... It was already late so i thought fine I will have a shower. But there was no hot water. The toilet was leaking all over the floor. The wifi was unusable. The TV had no channels on and its a CRT not lcd so we could not even connect our own media. The electric sockets did not work. I will never go there again and I would not recommend anyone stay there.

We entered to exchange money. The woman there tried to literally steal us. She hided one of our bills and pretended that we have less money than what we said. I have to literally jump into her area and take the bill on the counter. We couldn't see the bill, but we did see strange movements from her and so we know she was stealing us. Furthermore, after checking on the internet the exchange rate was about 180.000 dongs, so we expected something like 150.000. She offered an unbelievable quantity of 60.000 dongs. Don't enter here, they are thieves.

Would give this place no stars if I could. Would advise no-one to stay here! Had an issue with a hotel we were staying in so found this place and thought we'd give it a go. Initially we just paid a small deposit just to hold the room for 20 minutes and was told if we didn't like the room we could take our money back and leave. Came back 10 minutes later and went to the room was disgusting! Mould all over the walls and bathroom.. You couldn't even breathe properly. I feel if you stayed here you would get so sick!! Tried to get our money back and the staff started arguing that the money was now theirs and in the last 10 minutes 4 people had come to try book the room so we cost them money.. BS! ended up arguing and eventually had to settle with only getting half of our deposit back. We're not even picky people and have stayed in hostels etc but this was literally the dirtiest hotel room I've seen in my life!

    So far so good!
WiFi works well, same for AC. Staff is nice and quite helpful.
It's true that you can hear traffic, depends on your room. Fortunately, we are quite far from the street.
Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean.

We hear the traffic noise from the room. The breakfast is really really poor with disgusting coffee. The Wi-Fi is good. The staff is nice but has difficulty with English. The room was clean.
