Quick friendly service center for Toyota

You need to make an appointment for service, but the appointment is an all day based on first come first serve system. After 5hrs of waiting vehicle was serviced... Tried to pay for service before car was done to speed things up and the clerks would have none of it, wanted me to wait till service was done.... Wait, wait wait is what you will get!
Additionally the parking is nearly non existent
