Great island bar with awesome service and terrific food..I had the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes..simply the best home cooked meal I've had on island..real potatoes!! The steak was fresh and hand breaded..I'll be back.. alot !!!

I had heard good things about this place and was excited to try it. They open for dinner at 4 and we got there about 445. There were 4-5 people sitting at the bar and one other table of 4 ladies in the dining area. The waitress seated us, gave us menus, and then completely ignored us for over 15 minutes. We walked out and went to Mafolie Restaurant instead. Mafolie was great.very disappointed by my experience at Sibs.
