  This was my first time buying a car. Although I changed my mind a few times about which vehicle I wanted Shawn was so much fun to deal with. The process was smoother and faster than I anticipated. I’d recommend him to anyone.

  I bought a Toyota Tacoma 2018 from Toyota of St. Thomas. Shawn Browne was the salesperson. Overall experience was good. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and helpful throughout the process - from reserving the vehicle, to final sale and delivery. The closing on the sale took a bit longer than expected, and it was necessary to follow up often. However, the vehicle was delivered as promised.

  In August 2017, I went to Toyota in St. Thomas Virgin Islands to look for a vehicle and I met with Shawn Browne. He guided me through which Jeep to purchase, gave me a test run and explain how the vehicle functions. For me the Jeep a Highlander is super high tech. But with Shawn as my sales representative I felt comfortable purchasing the vehicle. Whenever I run into a problem the first person I call us Shawn and he is always always without hesitation assist me even on his days off or weekends. For as long as I’ve being buying vehicles fromToyota Shawn has been the best sales rep I’ve met. In one word he is” EXCEPTIONAL”

  I can't recommend Shawn enough. My wife and I moved to the island in August of 2017. We needed a car and went to Toyota of StT where we met Shawn. He showed us a few cars, we picked out one, he gave us the price, we drove off in it shortly there after. There was none of the usual haggling back and forth over price and this and that. Nothing. Just genuine customer service. Hurricane Irma hit the island hard in September. Once my phone starterd working the first person I got a message from asking if my wife and I were ok was my car salesman Shawn Brown. Go see him at Toyota of St Thomas and don't worry about going anywhere else.

  I didn't even realize Shawn was a "salesmen," he was very friendly and patient and took the time to help me figure out which vehicle I wanted. It wasnt until I came back the next day that I realized he was selling me the vehicle. He was knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I would recommend Shawn for sure!

  I contacted Shawn in August 2017 to purchase a new Rav4 to have at my cottage on St. John. He was very fair and professional and the negotiation process was quick and painless. One of the conditions was that they hold the vehicle at the dealership until I returned to St Thomas (in route to St John), which they agreed to do. As of that date, neither Irma or Maria were on the horizon. Well, the vehicle was not damaged by either of those hurricanes and when I arrived back on St. Thomas on 10/23/17 (in route to St John to assess the damage), Shawn personally picked me up at the airport and drove me to the car ferry (with my luggage and generators), backed my car onto the car ferry. Service and professionalism beyond compare, in my humble opinion. Plus, he is a very nice man, polite and he thoroughly explained all of the details of the vehicle, service, warranty etc. en route from the airport to the ferry. I would do business with Shawn (and his manager, Bob) again without any hesitation, and after 45 years of buying cars in the U.S., this was the most pleasant experience ever!!!
