  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS OWER, LESLIE GLAVES. I rented this villa for the week of Dec 9th 2017. On September 5th, Hurricane Irma devastated the Caribbean. On September 8th, I emailed Leslie requesting a full refund of my deposit, since the island, housing, restaurants, shops and beach had been destroyed by the storm. I didn't get a reply. I then sent her a email pointing out a section of her own contract that discussed that in the event of an "Act of God" (i.e. hurricane) and the villi was uninhabitable, the contract would be null and void and all monies would be returned. She finally emailed me back saying that she was handling my request on the 8th, as a cancellation request because they did not have any news on the condition of her villa. Since she viewed it as a "cancellation request", she was retaining 25% of the total cost of the trip ($787.50) It didn't take a rocket scientist to determine the condition of the villa. Did you see the pictures of the Caribbean Islands? It is not worth taking her to small claims court, she knows it, and is banking on it. I am sure I am not the only client she has done this to, because of Hurricane Irma. She is totally unethical, and not sure how she sleeps at night.

  This villa is top notch. The views are spectacular and the owners have made sure every thing you can think of is there for your convenience. Just bring your bathing suit and relax! We will definitely try to return and would stay no where else. Fantastic service from property manager and prompt replies from owner answering any questions we had. Very positive experience, would recommend to anyone and everyone!!!!!!

  We stayed at the villa the week of January 10th. Sweet Dreams has amazing views, and we liked that it wasn't a long drive from Cruz Bay. Yes, Iguana Road is a bit steep and rough, but it is worth it to arrive in a peaceful and beautiful setting. The villa itself has everything you need and is tastefully and cheerfully decorated with that "island feel." We really appreciated the welcome package as that has never happened before on either our last stay at St. John or St. Thomas. With recent updates we could tell that the owners have worked hard to make this a special place and take pride in this immaculate home. We had two couples stay at the villa, but with the beautiful unit downstairs, it would be great to have three couples spending time together. Missing St. John already!
