  Unprofessional and very unfriendly staff. You definitely would not have this type of service back in the states, this place would be closed down the first week. Hard to believe Luis Vuitton would allow this. I think my wife has decided to go with Chanel instead.

  Just a fair warning for those customers who don’t live in U.S. - Do not buy anything in this store because you won’t be able to exchange or return your purchase! They told me I will be able to return/exchange it in any LV store worldwide. But in reality you can return/exchange only in U.S! After I called them to ask how come, they told me ‘well, it is indicated in your receipt’ but they ‘forgot’ to mention it in person! LV customer serevive didn’t help me as well! Customer service told me to mail the bag back to St. Thomas store but the store refuses mailed returns! Here is what dear LV, it was my last purchase in any of your stores!
