Food was great! Different Mac and Cheese every night, and it is the best Mac and Cheese I've ever had everytime.
Everyone is awesome and personable. Owner mingles and has a great time with you.
Try the Lime Light drink, tastes just like key lime pie.report this review -

I do not even know where to beginLet me start off with, while on vacation I never go to the same restaurant twice, until we went to Lime.
If you like Tapas, this is your spot. The menu is an amazing mix of small plates, that all represent different types of cuisine. They've taken these various dishes, added their own twists and have managed to capture the essence of all of these different cuisines, in each delicious bite. Some of our favorites were the Chile Rellenos, Arincini, the Ceviche of the day, Pumpkin Wontons and the Mussels. The Mac and Cheese of the day is a MUST! They also have various themed nights on top of the regular menu. They do a sushi night and while I was there they also did a Vietnamese Night. The menu is very reasonably priced especially for the quality of the food that you are receiving. Overall, I felt like I was on a food journey, that I didn't want to end.
The staff is attentive and really friendly. The owners Denise and Jon personally came to our table, to check how our dining experience was going. The bartender Tony is super nice, personable and outgoing. He is always right there with anything you need. (He also makes some really great drinks.) Even the chefs checked in with us about our food.
The atmosphere is laid back and you have a great view of St John from there. It has a really zen vibe in the restaurant. At night, the trees around you are lit up and it looks like you are surrounded by fireflies, which is so pretty. At no point did we ever feel rushed which was a great feeling. The restaurant is located at Pavillions and Pools.
I can't say enough about this restaurant, I highly recommend it. Lime is my new favorite spot in St Thomas.report this review -

Lime has a cozy romantic atmosphere, with a beautiful view. And unique delicious dishes. An absolute experience..very different from any other restaurant here in St Thomas USVI.

By far the best dining experience we had on St Thomas and St John. Delicious reasonably-priced food with local flare, great cocktails, and attentive and friendly staff who are clearly enjoying their work.
