  I have been a customer of Import Supply for as long as they have been in business. They have installed Air conditioning units and serviced my generator. No matter what I need or ask, they are professional, and always have a solution. Their employees are excellent and the team/owners really care about their customers and doing the best they can. I have recommended them numerous times in my real estate company and would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

  Bought our 11kw Kubota generator and extra 90 gallon fuel tank here. The guys are doing sales and service, and both very well. Had the (diesel) generator installed to switch on (and off) automatically during power failure. After just a few months, i can say it's been well worth it. During dozens and dozens of WAPA power outages with just a few months, plus during one hurricane and a tropical storm this year (so far), the generator has been working reliably, without fail. Import Supply provided service after 50 running hours (oil/oil filter and gas filter change), all runs smooth.

  They are very proficient and skilled when it comes to fining a generator for you. They sell from gas to propane using generators. You can buy and drive off with it or they can install it at your home. They'll make sure that the job is done right. They also do repairs and maintenance visits to your home or business.

  Import Supply has been servicing several of our business generators for many years. The technicians are professional and incredibly responsive when we've had power outages. We recently bought a new diesel 40kW Kubota from Import Supply and it's a great unit. Thanks guys for the great service!

  Employees lack telephone etiquette and professionalism. Never identified themselves and refused to provide their names. They were referred as a service repair center by a nationally known tool manufacturer, and they refused to honor their obligation as a vendor. I was hung up on!
