  This hotel is in a good location right across the road from the old city. The room was very spacious with good air con and super clean. Water pressure for shower not good nor is internet connection. Apart from that worth staying there

  As good as it gets in Khiva in terms of hospitality facilities. Conveniently located just outside the west gate of Khiva, this hotel makes a good base for touring the city. The rooms are basic and clean. The beds are somewhat hard so some may find it uncomfortable. Unlike other hotels within the city, being situated on the outside meant it had the space to accommodate a nice garden with a swimming pool. Great to chill and cool off from the hot desert heat with a dip! So remember to bring your swimming gears.

  good location, bad internet, internet is very weak and only in small lobby, water flow in rooms is weak also,
  rooms are smaller than in Asia Bukhara, breakfast is less choice, people less friendly

  Located just by the southern gate out of charming Khiva. Friendly multilingual staff and confortable rooms with balcony. Great garden with pool for relaxing if not too many people. Major failure here is weak WIFI connection only available in the lobby. A very good 3 stars hotel though I highly recommend.

  Hotel Asia Khiva is conveniently located just outside the South Gate to the old city. I found the food and accommodations excellent.
