MCO (Menéndez, Cassarino and Company) is a firm that was established in 2011 as a formalization of more than 35 years of joint efforts of advisory and ongoing consultancy between Olegario Menéndez (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, DVM) and Aníbal Cassarino (Bachelor of Science in Agriculture).
