Volusia Recovery Alliance, Inc. (VRA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving Volusia County, Florida. Our mission is to build a stronger recovery community by providing peer-driven resources and support for those overcoming substance use challenges. Founded with a grant from the AETNA Foundation, VRA hosted a community symposium, engaging over 200 participants to identify key needs such as education, justice system coordination, and peer programs. Guided by these insights, we’ve developed a strategic plan to address recovery barriers. As a proud partner of Floridians for Recovery, we continue to expand services that inspire hope and lasting change.
