About Me:

I have been Involved in the trapping industry virtually all of my life. Growing up in Colorado, I started tagging along with my father on his trap lines and wildlife control calls as far back as I can remember. I caught my first Red Fox at the age of six and soon after, a picture of my fox and I was published on the cover of " The Trapper Magazine". I was hooked. In fifth grade, the school principal hired me to catch a skunk that was living under a classroom - My first paying gig. My next big job was muskrats at a local fish hatchery. I removed over a hundred muskrats and received about four dollars a rat, not bad money for a kid.I started working hard in school and my community to educate the public regarding trapping and wildlife conflict resolution. As a teenager I was awarded trapper of the year in Colorado. I then became involved in the Colorado Trappers Association and the National Trappers association. I attended every seminar and read everything I could find on the subject of trapping and wildlife control. Later in life, I was fortunate enough to be able to teach some of the same seminars that I attended as a kid

In my early twenties I went to work as a technician for Dr. Major Bodicker - owner of " Rocky Mountain Wildlife Services". He is considered to be among the best of the best in wildlife management and wildlife control. He pioneered many of the products, manuals and methods we use today. Later, I opened my own wildlife control business. In addition, I am a Hunter Education Instructor and Bow Hunter Education instructor.

Recently, I took and passed one of the most extensive background checks there is, I now have a security clearance for working in or around nuclear power plants.

I also own and operate "Brandon B. Harvey Carpentry". My abilities as a carpenter have proven to be a valuable asset when doing repair and wildlife exclusion work.

I look forward to helping you with you wildlife related problems. Thank you for taking the time to read my bio.
