I absolutely love my bike, and it's one of the few places where we could find a bike large enough for my 6'8" husband - but $1400 for two bikes is still a lot in my book.
Great service! This is my go-to place when any repair is over my head. They have always been very helpful with advice and repairs at a good price. I bought my mtn bike at another LBS then moved to Polaris and needed a new LBS. Even though Roll doesn't sell the brand of bike I have they are still able to get replacement parts and perform the repairs perfectly.
I have been a regular customer for almost 4 years. I've always been pleased with their service and merchandise. I wouldn't shop anywhere else!
My favorite place for parts and service. If you get a new part for your bike they will put it on for free. Service is fast, and they carry almost anything I have needed in stock. Highly recommend.
I stopped in with my bike to get it fixed, get a new seat, etc. None of the employees would speak to me. I walked around the store, eventually the guy behind the counter said "we'll be right with you". But the sales reps continued to help other customers that came in after me. Eventually I asked one the reps for help directly. He nodded and then walked away. A few minutes later he was helping another customer who had walked in afterwards. I'm not sure what I did wrong but that will likely be my first and last trip to ROLL.
