This trauma often shows up as perfectionism, burnout, emotional caretaking, relationship conflicts, and emotional disconnection. I bring both deep cultural understanding and lived experience to the healing process. Born in China and immigrating to the US at age eight, I understand these struggles firsthand. My own perfectionist tendencies left me burned out and disconnected in my first career. This catalyzed my therapeutic journey, where I discovered and began healing from intergenerational trauma.
