I've been living on a 3rd floor 1-bedroom loft unit for 4 months now. And I love the space and high ceiling. It could be better if appliances and cabinetry are updated in the kitchen and bathroom. For a few minor issues, maintenance overall response has been prompt. Office staff is always helpful with my packages and queries. Gym and swimming pool are awesome. My only complaint is about parking. Considering that it's not a super busy urban area, it's very difficult for me to understand why the complex cannot provide more convenient parking space. It's almost impossible to find a parking close by after 9pm everyday. In spite of parking complaint, I still enjoy very much living here.

Unfortunately, this rental is not worth the price you pay to live here. There is never any parking, despite their many empty threats of towing cars without parking stickers. Day after day, cars are parked illegally in fire zones. There is a car near my unit that has been there for over two years, tires are flat, and it never moves. It doesn't have a parking sticker, yet there it remains. Our rent continues to go up, in ridiculous increments each year, and they try to trap you by requiring a 60 day notice to move out. When we moved in, it was obvious the place hadn't been cleaned well. I still find pet hair in the closets, and we don't own any pets. Just disappointing. I won't be recommending this property to anyone.

Probably by far one of the worst places. They lie to you. They told me there was a apartment available for 1,395 and there wasn’t the leasing person told me they say that just to make appointments because that’s how they get paid. Mind you I just drove 2 hours to see something that wasn’t there.. and the one for 1,495 was DISCUSTING. BETTER YET.. I was told the manager was going to call me for this issue and they never did. AWFUL customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

We've been living here for about two months now and it has been a great experience so far. There was one occasion when we needed something fixed in our bathroom and we had a very quick response when we reached out to the staff. A special thanks to TK and the maintenance team for providing excellent service.

I've been here just under two weeks and there has been so many repairs that need to be done inside the apartment I am sub leasing. The office and the maintenance team, especially TK have been nothing but spectacular. My experience here at Eaves Avalon Run is beyond my expectations. Beautiful environment, nice and helpful personnel. Moved two times in the apartment living complex, because of different reasons and the guys at the lease office were always professional and really helpful. I feel they take care of us.

I lived here for past year (2016/2017). No complaints! It's a nice, quiet area despite being close to a ton of shopping -- I could walk to the grocery store (Star Bazar or Costco). I lived in a 3rd-floor single-bedroom, which was airy and spacious. No bug problems, no parking problems, no obnoxious neighbors. The appliances were a little older but definitely no issues; I liked the fact that the stove was gas. I only had a couple minor maintenance issues, and they were resolved quickly. I cleaned the apartment myself when I left, and received my full security deposit back.

Eaves by Avalon is the best community ever as long as Brandon works there! Brandon is a dude!
I have been living in the community for few months now and I am so satisfied with both management team (Brandon and Roxana) and maintenance team. Not only did Brandon and Roxana help me a lot during the contract signing stage, but also kept their promise on changing stove and vanity of my unit prior to my move-in date.
As far as maintenance team, they are only a phone call away. They come by and fix any problem you may have.

TK from the maintenance staff at Avalon Eaves has always been very considerate of wiping his shoes and doing a fast and complete job on all maintenance requests. We highly recommend him for his excellent service and friendly manner!

Have to give them five stars since I can't imagine what they could have done better. I submitted the non-emergency repair issue last night, he arrived at 10:30 this morning. He was polite, warm, fast, answered my questions clearly, and efficient. What more can you ask for?

Roxana is a wonderful person and manger at Eaves Lawrenceville! She is very dedicated to her job. Roxana is hardworking, extremely helpful and very kind. She goes the extra mile for her residents at Eaves Lawrenceville and her staff. Roxana provides amazing customer service and her maintenance team is top notch!! Lucian and Marius are the head of the maintenance team and they go the extra mile and put 100% in everything they do for the residents at Eaves. They respond to maintenance emergencies in the nick of time and get the job done. TK is also apart of the maintenance team. He is hardworking and nice. He also goes up and beyond for the residents at Eaves. He does the extremely big things as well as the small little things for the residents that he may not think is noticed but always is noticed and appreciated! John, Hector, Moses, Junior, and Derrick are also apart of this exceptional maintenance team and they too work hard and are dedicated to their jobs. Terrific team of people and a terrific place to live!!!!!
