Do you accept insurance? How can I check if my insurer will reimburse me for your out-of-network services??
ACES Psychiatry operates as a private pay practice and is considered 'out-of-network' with all insurance plans, meaning we do not bill insurance companies directly. However, to potentially receive reimbursement for our services, you should first verify your out-of-network (OON) benefits with your insurer. We recommend asking them: "I would like to see an out-of-network provider. Do I have out-of-network benefits for mental health services?"

If OON benefits are available, please confirm the details, including any deductible, co-insurance, and the percentage of the fee they cover for specific services. You can inquire about reimbursement for the following common billing codes we use:
