  Something tells me that my sister's friend Amanda and her husband wouldn't give a glowing recommendation......
  
  Would you like to move to another state and be 3 weeks without your stuff? With no sign of getting your stuff in the future? 3 weeks in and still no sign of when their worldly belongings will get to them. They just CANNOT seem to get a truck to transport their stuff! Is this a joke?
  
  Would you be happy to have to INITIATE conversations with said company for your belongings? You would think the company would reach out regularly as they are now well beyond their contract....cuz if anyone broke a contract with the company I am sure they would be nonstop reaching out.....bit hold a CUSTOMER'S life hostage and she has to beg you for updates?!? Excuse me!? What?
  
  Would you be happy with a $150 refund over the whole thing? Week 1, eh, ok, week 3 time to step up the compensation.....perhaps zippy Birmingham should take a business class at the local college and get a clue?
  
  Perhaps I shall see what the people of google think....or yelp maybe? 🤔

  Horrible experience with Zippy Shell Birmingham.
  
  Beware!!!
  There are different owners at the different Zippy Shells so beware!! The owner of Zippy Shell Birmingham was uninterested and couldn't remember what was going on with my move. It made me feel uneasy the entire time. He also took $300 out of my checking account without my approval!! Also I had paid a month's storage and was told I would get back a refund for days not utilized. He denied there was ever any paid storage!! Do not use this facility, it's not worth the money you "think" you may be saving by the month's free storage offer. Don't do it...

  Go through prompts, rings about 20 times then goes to a busy signal. 10AM on Monday morning. Guess I won't be getting a quote.

  Very impressed with this company. Always responsive and went out of their way to make our move as easy as they could. Really nice people too!
