We have been coming here almost weekly for 6 years because it's a few blocks from our house. After tonight's service, we will never be returning. Their service is often quite slow but tonight, there was only 1 waitress for about 20 people in the restaurant. She was on the phone for a to-go order for about 10 minutes after seating us, didn't bring water, or apologize for the wait. I could tell she was extremely frazzled so I tried to help by getting my child's high chair myself, get an extra plate since we had none when our first set of rolls arrived and she hadn't returned for several minutes to provide them (while my kids were literally crying to start eating). In addition to that, she got our order wrong : one of the rolls never came out and we were charged for it in the end. This place has gone from mediocre to absolutely horrible with complete disrespect for the customers. There are plenty of sushi places and we will no longer be putting a shorter drive above good customer service.

I read reviews on both Google and Yelp and despite the mediocre reviews i decided to give Zip a try. i should have gone with the reviews and just avoided the place. the sushi was the worst sushi i’ve had in my life, wasn’t fresh at all. i ate 1 piece our of each of the 2 rolls i ordered and couldn’t throw it away quick enough. such a shame because it could have such great potential.

Waitresses need to get their attitude in check, and maybe refill waters a little more often?
Also few months ago had my birthday there and said 8 people were coming, we'll only 7 came and boy did I get attitude from the waitress (on my birthday!) "you should've told us", (my friend was rushed to the emergency room right before dinner). Service that night was sub par. And instead of wishing me happy birthday all she said was "make sure you tip". I left feeling incredibly insulted.
Zip Fusion has changed, and not for the better. I'd fire the entire staff (except for the sushi chefs and cooks) and hire completely new people, if they wanna last as a restaurant at least

Just had lunch and it was really good. Full menu has wide selection. Could be more vegetarian friendly - why on Earth are there 5 or so different yakisoba options, none of which are vegetable?

Good sushi and decent prices. I always sit at the bar and watch the Sushi chefs prepare the rolls. My favorite is the shrimp caterpillar.

Food is great. Service was quick for ToGo. Friendly service. Clean restaurant. Easy to read menu for people who don't know types of sushi or meals. Highly recommend, prices are reasonable.

Best service and the foods are good and worth to come back becuz the customer services. The lady wrap up everything as we wanna togo the left over and it is pretty nice. I dont know if they still give out free coffee for dessert until next visit or not. But the actually give out free coffee as dessert.

Very rarely do I find Chinese food that is considered a hidden gem, and very worth its price. Had their spicy chicken and dumplings and i enjoyed it very much. I also love their spicy sauce they give to you on the side [forgot the name of it haha]. Anyone worthy of locating this spot, deserves to eat here.

In recent visit over the holiday's the overall quality of the sushi was BADalmost frozen. To top it off we ordered the delicacy sushi Toro. Two orders or 4 pieces for $26. The Toro was very cold with discoloration on the ends. Taste and texture was terrible. We received many explanations that the fish was fresh and the quality was acceptable. After my complaint and our table tasting two of the pieces they still charged $12.95 even though the fish was essentially inedible. We will now bypass this convenient location and drive a couple more miles to get the service and quality of food we expect in this area.

It's a really good place, the staff is really nice and polite, they serve fast.
The price is really good and for the dinner some selected sushi are a half price, the ramens are good also the noodles. A recommended place for go out with friends and share the types of sushi and other plates.
