Zip has repeatedly provided great products and fast service for all of my Corvette needs. Their prices are great. If you haven't tried them I suggest you do.

Great place to shop for parts and get work done on your Corvette. My first experience was with my C4 years ago, as result I became a forever customer. Also, they have a nice apparel shop. Customer service is first rate.
Once a year, Zips will host one of our Mid-Atlantic Chapter Corvette events. The manager Dave is a super host, not only providing facilities and equipment, but also refreshments and delicious lunches (this year a pulled pork BBQ). From what I've seen in the showroom area, his and his knowledgeable staff's hospitality extends to his regular customers. I definitely recommend Zips as a place for finding Corvette equipment and parts.
Online, over the phone, or in person, Zip has Corvette knowledgeable and friendly people, and a large selection of Corvette parts and accessories to choose from. I have a C2 and a C6, they offer products for all Corvette generations. I've been to Zip at least once a year for a decade or more. Outside of Richmond, my Corvette club uses Zip as a stop on a Corvette Cruise. Everyone seems to walk out with a new tshirt. I give Zip Corvette 5 stars.

Been going to Zip for years. They have had everything that I needed for my 61 and my 2000 FRC. The staff is very pleasant and helpful with all my questions.
Horrible customer service. Ordered something shipped to Canada. Was told shipping included everything. Was charged handling fees at my door. Several e-mails and phones calls with no replies or hangups. Do not recommend. Go elsewhere.
Prices and parts are really not bad, the only reason why I come back to this company. Unfortunately the negatives outweight the positives and that's why I decided to give 2 stars. Last time I had terrible customer service. I don't personally know, but it seems like there is a lack of internal communication within the company and their computer system is whacky. Somehow the customer service couldn't see my whole order on their computer and didn't know they had already sent out 1/2 of my order. In general, there is very poor communication/infortmation on back ordered parts and I don't like the fact that they take all your money even on back ordered parts. Most companies bill you as parts are sent out, not when the order is placed. Also most companies personally contact you on back ordered parts and double check if you want to go ahead with the order. Was also difficult for me to find out how long I will have to wait for these parts. I think they shouldn't put "backordered parts usually are shipped out 7-10 business days" when I've been waiting for over 2 months and I know I'm not the first one to wait more than 2 weeks. So-so communication/updates with customers and so-so customer service.
I don’t typically write reviews but after using Google to find the phone number I feel compelled to do so. I was shocked at the negative reviews that were posted. I have used ZIP for years, purchased too much from them, had significant work done by them and received a lot of free advice/guidance. I have never experienced any issues what so ever and would not hesitate to recommend them. Sure, things happen and nobody is perfect but so far for me they have been. If you are in need of anything for your Vette please do not let the negative reviews prevent you from giving them a chance, I’m sure you will be pleased.
They've always been good to work with. And since we live in Baltimore we can generally get things the next day with UPS ground. So a win-win! It is always good to remember when working on a 37 year old car, that there will sometimes be challenges in getting the parts. (As I remind my hubby!)
Sent three separate emails and I have two current orders. No responses to any emails and despite one order being lodged in time for same day dispatch, I have received no acknowledgement even though I've been charged for both orders. Yes one order has a back ordered part, but the same day order everything was listed as in stock. Poor.

Terrible customer service and a VERY messed up website. I've ordered several things from these people and it only showed one order from 2014 under my list of previous orders. This website is messed up bad. I called and asked for an email 3 times and never got one. Tried to chat with some kid and he was an absolute imbecile. I love their prices and products but like most other companies these days, customer service is totally lacking

No one was answering my email until the last few days

Ordered a headlight motor and it arrived damaged due to improper packaging. Called them and they were nice enough to send another one. The second one arrived broken in the exact same spot as the first one. Took them three months and at least 15 phone calls to refund my money. Completely incompetent. Save yourself the trouble and buy from Corvette Central or Ecklers.
wow, what a bunch of jerks. I called in because their website wasn't working with PayPal and the dolt that answered basically told me he had no idea how to fix the problem. I said "I guess I'll just have to order from someone else if your website doesn't work" and he said "I guess guess so". They don't care about a $2700 order. Not the first time these idiots have reacted this way. I'm taking my business to the other vendors who care about their customers.
