Two years ago I asked them to set up a different checking account because I knew my account was compromised. They asked if I wanted to have web banking on that one and I said no. They didn't tell me that they would be sending me paper statements at a 2 dollar charge each month. A year later I moved and told them about it so they could change my address. They never did even though I told them multiple times, they just put a note on my account saying that they didn't have the right address. However, they kept charging me the two dollars a month and either were knowingly sending my BANK STATEMENTS to the wrong house or just charging me two dollars a month even though they weren't sending me statements at all. When I talked to a manager about this she refused to make it right and simply sent me on my way. I have been with Zions since I was a kid. They have always sucked like that and this was the straw that broke the camel's back.

Their service used to be above average and worth my time every visit. That was 5 years ago. Today it seems they really have "forgotten who keeps us in business." It's bad. I've had so many frustrating experiences and their mobile apps are garbage. I used to love Zions. What happened guys??

Charge a $5.00 fee to cash a check drawn on their bank if you don't have an account. When I said I will open one deposit then withdraw and close it they said that is not allowed. I asked to see the policy, they said that they can't show it to me. Why bank at a bank that won't allow people you write a check to to get their money? Why would I ever consider banking here if they they are going to treat people I write checks to this way. Their branch manager Nick Whiting told me that he has no power to waive the fee. I questioned him on that and he said that he can waive it in certain circumstances when he chooses. I asked why he lied to me. He said that he doesn't want to work with someone who is like me. I asked if he means someone who asks why he lies. He didn't know what to say.

In short, this particular branch is staffed by liars, and the bank in general assesses fees at every opportunity to their account holders, and non account holders.
