I spilled soup in my car and wanted to get it professionally cleaned so I took it to Ziebart. They told me that cleaning it would not be a problem. They did a terrible job. There was still soup all over my door, and even though I paid for an entire interior detail they didn't touch any other part of the interior of my car. When I called to complain they said that they did such a poor job because the lights in their shop were burnt out. They told me to bring it back in and when i got there the doors were locked, and no one was there. They insisted that i pay in full, which was my own dumb fault. I will never do business with them ever again.
