  Literally THE WORST, NASTIEST "Pawn Shop" I've ever stepped foot in. I drove way out of my way to encounter Rude, lazy staff members and the manager Ryan (tall skinny guy) has zero integrity, told me two different prices then said the slightly higher is for trade. I was given a much higher price originally and had already told him I wanted to SELL my item. If you want to sell anything just forget it, they will tell you a price then not honor it when it's time to make the deal. Very filthy, deceitful environment!! Obviously the "5 star" reviews are employees or friends of employees that were paid to give fake reviews.
  Don't even waste your time or money.

  My all time favorite place. So close to work I love to go after a long day and get a good book, a new cd by one of my many favorite bands and some random knick knack I find on the shelves.. Always makes me feel better. I also LOVE their poker chip thing they do. The staff is always so cool and nice. :)

  Zia Records is great. I've been going there for years. Great selection of new and used vinyl. And there is so much more than that; an entertainment bonanza.

  There aren't many places around like Zia anymore. They've greatly expanded over the years, sadly providing less and less an eclectic music selection, but otherwise filling the void left the closure of many new/used video and book stores throughout the valley. Instead of seeming like two of the same stores, this location thankfully compliments the Zia on 19th and Camelback.

  AWESOME place for used video games, music, and books! They also have a plethora of FUN knick knack items for decent prices. Comic books, Vinyl records, and even started carrying clothing recently. ALL AROUND a great place to shop and support! BYOB and you get a chit to put into a monthly trio of rotating charities they donate .05¢ to each time you BYOB!!!

  Really one of the better record stores out there. Been to most up north. Service is good prices fair and lots of fun odd ball stuff to buy. I go for vinyl and wish there were more hard to find used.

  My favorite place for an unexpected buy or gift. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Great place and I LOVE that they carry comics. Found some of my most prized pieces there.

  They have a good selection. Prices on new vinyl are good, but used prices are high. The people are hit or miss. I have had cashiers put their greasy fingerprints all over the used records when checking to see if the correct record is in the sleeve. I even had one cashier lean on the records I was purchasing with his elbow. My children know how to handle records better than some of their employees which is surprising for a record store.

  My home away from home. Never have issues with staff, if they don't have it they will get it. Most of my movies and music comes from this store. They even have the ultra rare and hard to find stuff. Sure alot of its used but they never take in crappy or messed up products. I've been going to Zia since I was 10 and plan to die there in the middle of the metal section. The live music performances they have are always awesome and a welcome change of scenery from other stores. That one person who claims they had issues with them, probably gives negative reviews to try and get free stuff.

  This place gets a lot of cool merchandise, but if you are trading...be careful with your stuff. I took in a Wii with three wiimotes, and some various other things. I ended up having to leave after waiting 30 minutes. They handed me my stuff back and never having had an issue before...I did not check the bags. I went back a week later to try again. The wiimotes weren't in my bags... I never removed them. I placed the bags in my trunk the week before and took them out to bring them to the store. Meaning I never got them back in the first place. I know there is no proof of this and I've worked in consignment stores so I know how it feels to be the guy who had to apologize to the customer and have no answers for them. It sucks. Just people, check your bags. Otherwise, good prices, friendly staff.

  I went here with one of my friends and their records are amazing! They have really good prices (depending on what you get.) The employees were also very nice they have a great selection for bands like Green Day, My Chemical Romance, and Misfits. They also have video games, shirts, and books so that's really cool. I would 100% recommend this record store.

  This place is like heaven. Old books, movies, and all kinds of treasures that you can think of. I cannot wait to visit again. Traded some stuff in, got some fair prices for it. Prices on items to buy are fair. Great prices on books. Cannot wait to come back and spend some time searching through their book collection.

  Nice place for music and movies, they have almost very movie you could think of and then some. They offer all music choices and have tons of stuff for you to discover if you like to venture outside the box. They also have video games and books too, and just like music and movies a very wide selection. Games can go back to Super Nintendos and go to today's game for a good price I might add, they even small the game stations, from fixer uppers to special editions. They even offer special edition board games and even collectibles from movies. A good place to go if you can't find that one movie anywhere or that one album you haven't heard since the good old days
