Very happy with the service & work from Zerorez. The service provider, Dominic, was an absolute gentleman and professional with his work. He notified me prior to arrival, explained the cleaning process and product to me which I greatly appreciated. The entire process from booking the appointment to having the carpets cleaned was a breeze. I highly recommend Zerorez and will definitely work with them again! :) Thank you Zerorez & Dominic for the wonderful service!

I was able to get a quote for cleaning my business carpets very quickly and got the appointment to do the work right away. Both technicians were very polite and super efficient. My carpeted area is rather large and between the 2 technicians they got it done in about 3 hours. My carpet looks amazing! They also did our 5 bathroom tile floors and they look like new. There is virtually no odor when they are done. Just a nice clean smell. It didn't take hours and hours to dry. Great experience overall.

Appointment scheduling was fast and easy with plenty of availability slots. The only thing I didn't like was when I chose radio for my referral, Spirit 105.3 was not a choice and that is where I heard about Zerorez for at least two years (maybe more didn't pay attention before).
Schedule verification was quick and helpful making sure all services needed was offered.
Once my cleaning tech Alex, showed up, he made sure to go over every possible service that would best meet my carper and pocket needs.
Alex was pleasant and understanding of my financial strain and was able to give me the best quote and a birthday discount.
The areas I wanted cleaned look amazing, they weren't even this clean when I moved in (I'm a renter). Alex was efficient, very thorough and did it all in a timely manner.
I would definitely recommend Zerorez and Alex and when it's time I will be giving them a call to come back and do more areas and for upkeep.
Thank you Zerorez for making my birthday extra special, I am enjoying my clean stairs, as well as the rest of the work.response / report this review -

I am very happy with Zerorez! Booking online was easy. Then Jesus did an awesome job on my carpets, and he was so wonderful to speak with. He arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. I ended up paying exactly what I was quoted so there were no surprises. It was a great experience with a trustworthy company, and I will definitely use Zerorez again in the future.

Easy scheduling. Dominic (service tech) was on time and called ahead as promised. He wore booties and a mask, was thorough and efficient. He did an excellent job. The carpets look great! They are soft and they don’t smell at all. An exponentially better experience than a previous “quick dry” chemical carpet cleaner that left our carpets dirtier than they were beforehand.
