Run to this place. Staff very knowledgeable and the food divine and healthy!
Polpettini pizza and grilled octopus
Their pizzas are amazing! We ordered grilled octopus, margharita and polpettini. Great food and great service..highly recommended.
The pizza crust is the best I've ever had.
Never a bad experience. Awesome food, great staff. Food is delicious! Try the Baby Jesus!
The Diavalo will change your life. So many crazy cocktails (try the Miti Blue if you like em dirty) and delicious wine (staff is all knowing, just ask!). Call ahead and they'll text you when ready!
The woman that assembles the meat sampler played with her phone and licked her fingers in between plating. So yeah, don't order that if you see a lady with a hairnet back there.
Classy but still affordable and the pizza will become one of your new fav's. It's become one of ours! Zavino made our 2011 list of Best Restaurants in Philly.
Kennett pizza is mighty tasty!
Try the Pizza With Brussel Sprouts, Pancetta, Mozzarella, Peppered Bechamel
Try the Butternut Squash Soup
Try the polpettini pizza topped with tiny veal meatballs.
Excellent decor but the music doesn't match it. Avoid coming in a group it's a date place. The pizza is great but for a better wine list try Vintage
Try their new happy hour - 4:30-6:30pm $3 Draft Beer, $5 featured wine by the glass, $8 Margherita Pizza.
Menu items vary seasonally, as is customary in Italy, so look for house-made pasta in the winter and veggies in summer.
For a wine bar, selection is severely limited...only 6-8 each of red and white total. Their torrontes was good.....but as a whole lacking inspiration....for a wine bar go to vintage across the street
