  I tried to shop here, keyword TRIED. Not my best shopping experience, I ultimately went to Jared instead, but I tried to give them the opportunity to meet my needs, meet my needs they did not. You've been warned. Prices are marked way up only to take 70% off, the price it's actually worth. Just dishonest and not very personable or knowageable.

  Justin P. The manager there is a very rude manager please don't expect a hello how are you, every time me and my fiancé enter the store he doesn't acknowledge us, we sent off my fiancés ring because it was missing ONE diamond and i received an email saying it was ready for pick up and when I drove all the way out there to pick it up it was missing EIGHT diamonds very disappointed and will not go back to this location again. When I told him about himself being rude and what not he over talked me and got smart.

  First time to purchased and I was disappointed. Pay for my anniversary ring pay for a rush and it was not in as promised. If you want to get from them order 6 months ahead. After making payment a lady walked in the sugarloaf -mile store and complained about her diamond. Try n see.

  This place should be highly considered if you are looking for perfection in customer service. I am in the navy and my wife is not with me, so I am not able to be with her when she needs to get her ring serviced. But we have had soooo many problems with the Douglasville store and the store that I originally purchased the ring. But this store was the one store I wish I would have done all my business with Zales through at the very start. Miss Holly was so professional and understanding of the situation that we were going through and she was able to do things that the other stores were just not trying to do for us, and that is so highly appreciated in my books, especially when I am not there to be present with my wife. I hope this store continues to bless many more moments and engagements for everyone else because they were great people to us! And go see Miss Holly for everything you all may need I am pretty sure that everyone else there is just as great but she was the lady that helped me and my wife.
