I am so glad that you took the time to stop and chat with me on this page. Just a little background about myself because I really do want my clients to know me.
I have owned my Interior Design business for over 10 years and it is my life's passion. I have met some wonderful clients along the way and have stayed in touch with them over the years.
I like to consider myself a people person-and not in the "I like people" generic kind of way. My clients truly become my source of inspiration and drive and having them trust me over the years with their homes and delicate situations and stress that any project will bring confirms that I will continue to extend myself as their Designer, Realtor, therapist etc. so at the end of the day THEY-YOU are happy.

With my business growing, I wanted to take hold of another market in which I can help people with their dreams-Real Estate.

To be able to offer my extensive design expertise to my sellers and delicately yet firmly guide them in what needs to be done to sell quick when it comes to the appearance of their precious home and being able to have the perk of your Realtor being a Designer to be able to fully stage your home for those potential buyers. I also bring along an impressive track record of staging for other Realtors and having their homes sell within days of my staging- this is a service you don't want to pass on.

On the Buyer end I thought to myself "how cool would it be to actually walk through potential homes with an actual Interior Designer!" Not only are you getting real time searching for the perfect place, I am able to offer insight and vision on properties that you might not think has the potential of being everything you want. I see that vision for you. I can give you instant quotes on what it will take to knock down a wall, if that wall could be knocked down, put up, turning spaces into functional areas along with the knowledge of current costs on remodeling areas like kitchens and baths and contractors and their pricing to make your dream a reality. This is my life. I breathe design. I want to be able to share all that with you.

I really wanted to merge myself into another area where I can continue to help others, form lasting relationships and see my clients smile at the end of the day. This is what motivates me and drives me.

  It's that time-I will be running a referral promotion! This is how it works-when you refer a potential client to me either Selling or Buying or both and they do end up purchasing or listing with me YOU will receive a $50 gift card of your choice! Make sure when they contact me you have them say they were referred by______ and send me a message letting me know you made the referral so I can keep an eye out for that client. I see many gift cards in the near future!

  Just a reminder! Howard Hanna's 2015 Open House Extravaganza is this SUNDAY! Every house on the market OPEN! Buyer's-lets get a plan into place and map out which homes you want to see this weekend so you aren't running around like crazy unless of course you like to do that type of thing :)
