  I went to this bridal salon with my sister (the bride). We were so excited to go because it had great reviews. As soon as we walked in it felt uptight and uncomfortable. It was like we were annoying the consultant by our presence. The consultant was unwelcoming and stone cold. The dresses were beautiful but the try on experience was very awkward as my sister wasn’t allowed to look at the dresses ahead of time and there was no where for her guests to sit while she tried on dresses - we just all stood around awkwardly feeling like we were in the way and trying to peek around the corner to see her. She tried on a few but ultimately she said she felt so uncomfortable she wanted to leave 20 minutes into the appointment. We were all relieved to get out of there. We were very disappointed by the entire experience. We definitely do not recommend.

  I had such a wonderful experience at ZAKAA Bride. It was a very private and one on one experience. I loved that the staff listened to everything I was envisioning for my big day. I had the pleasure of also meeting ZAKAA herself and she really knew exactly what I wanted and understood my vision. A really special place and a very warm environment. I can't wait for my first fitting.

  Absolutely terrible customer service! My guest had to wait up front while I was in back trying on dresses. I actually had to hold the dresses in front of my body rather than put them on just to see what it would look like. I wasn't allowed to take any pictures of any of the dresses when asked why, the young lady said because of copyrights?? Huh???. Didn't even get to browse the dresses to see what I would like to try on, was told I couldn't touch any of them. They brought me what they wanted me to try on, I asked for mermaid style and I was brought A line dresses. One of the ladies at this establishment was pretty rude to me and my guest. Did not get her name but it was an older lady and the other was a younger lady from Honduras. I cant spell or pronounce her name but I remember where she was from because I asked. If I could have given this place ZERO stars I would. I would not recommend Zakka Bridal to ANYONE!!!

  We had such a wonderful experience with ZAKAA herself. My soon to be wife was looking for a specific style wedding dress because of all the dancing involved at our wedding and she is having ZAKAA create a gown just for her. Really nice set up and very one on one. Thanks ZAKAA such a great experience.

  Exceptional service! My future mother in law and I were shopping for accessories for my wedding and decided to stop into Zakaa. Unfortunately, we didn't realize a reservation was required but the girls working that day were so accommodating and were able to take us in to help. I am so grateful to them for being so kind and wonderful. The pieces that they helped me find are beautiful and I cannot wait to wear them on my wedding day. HIGHLY recommend.
