  I placed an order with this florist at 9am for my wife for valentines day, it was a flower arrangement a large stuffed bear and a balloon online, then got to thinking about my 9 year old daughter I called the florist to add a medium box of candy and a balloon for her. while on the phone I asked if it would be here by 2 pm the woman said we will try, so I was under the impression it would closer to 2 they came around 1. There was no stuffed animal for the wife a small box of chocolates and no balloon for the daughter. When I called to inquire about my order the woman said can you hold I am with a customer. At that point I pointed out to her I am also a paying customer then it turned into a shouting match I would never ever do business with these people agian. They just brought me a balloon and a medium bear not the large I paid for wow very bad experience never ever agian good luck people.

  Tom created an exquisite arrangement for my Mom's 85th birthday and a beautiful piece for Mother's Day a few days later. Beautiful work, good prices, and really friendly customer service. I'll definitely return!
