  Best dry cleaning around! The people are so nice and incredibly professional. Won't trust my clothes with anybody else. LOVE Your Cleaners!

  They ruined an expensive evening gown of mine. The stains were set and the beading (which they said they wouldn't touch) is loose and falling off and the appliqué is also loose! It looks like it went through a washer! Then we called to complain and have them pay for the ruined dress. Now the manager is not only not answering calls or emails but has claimed they never touched the dress! This is after they argued that they hand washed it twice and no stains came out and made us pay for dry cleaning! The dress was also damp! WORST EVER- we will be contacting the BBB and taking legal action if necessary! NEVER EVER TAKE ANYTHING HERE unless you want it destroyed!!!

  I have nothing but praise for Teresa and her team! Never a problem with getting quality service. Both Amber and Teresa know me by name when I come in and quickly get my items! Highly recommend!

  Staff are really nice and everything. They even put stuff they find in your pockets in a bag. The only thing is that I wish they had a feature where if you dropped it off first thing in the morning, then it could be done at the day.

  I have been going here for some time now and have good results. I get good service, good prices, and most of all my clothes are clean!
  
  I have had my shirts cleaned at a lot of places over the years, these guys are at the top of my list. I also got some repairs done on a pair of pants, and they did a great job.

  I had a horrible experience at Dry Cleaning Etc. My first and last time bringing my husband's dress shirts there was a memory I would like to forget. When I went to pick up the shirts, I noticed there was a shirt in there that was not my husband's. I gave them that shirt back, but was then missing one of my husband's shirts. I asked them if they could find it and they said they couldn't and think it must have been mixed up with the man's order that was next to my husband's shirts. The lady at the desk said that man only comes in once a month and we will have to wait for him to bring my husband's shirt back. After two weeks of waiting, my husband really wanted his nice dress shirt back. I called them and asked to speak to the manager, Sam. The lady said I couldn't talk to him because he was too busy. I asked to speak to him several times and finally got him on the phone. Once he was on the phone, the entire conversation went downhill. Sam was extremely rude and unprofessional. He told me there was nothing they could do about the lost shirt other than wait for the man to come back. When I asked them to call the man, he said he couldn't do that. I asked for him to pay for my husband's $45 lost shirt and he refused. He started yelling at me and then hung up. I felt very upset and frustrated after talking to him. I would never recommend them to anyone. Not only did they misplace my husband's shirt and not take responsibility for their actions, they also broke a button on another shirt and left major creases on two other shirts. They do not seem to care about their customers by any means. Overall, my worst experience ever at a dry cleaners.
