  Went in on Saturday filled out application for a car I was interested in told me he would call in Monday it's Wednesday I've called everyday and they say they will call me back and never have smh not professional at all

  Our experience was smooth sailing. Easy, fast and hassle free! I recommend this place. Only thing I would say is that they don't have their own shop at the dealership.

  I highly recommend this place! They have great customer service and great vehicles. I went in and left the same day with a 2014 Hyundai Elantra with warranty. Ask for Victor when you go he is a really nice guy and he knows what he's doing.

  Bought 2013 Toyota Rav4 with 80,000 miles 1 week and 1 day ago from Your Budget Auto. I complained of a shake/vibration and they let me know it was due to tire ware. After I spent $750 on tires and alignment found out the torque converter in the transmission is ruined and have to replace it for $2100 after i just spent $16000 on the car a week ago. They are not willing to let me out of the contract even though its only been a week or pay for any of the repairs! Toyota offered me a $400 discount because they were aware of the situation and feel bad that there are people out there that sell cars to people and screw them. Your Budget Auto offered me $50 which is an insult, that doesn't even cover my gas to go to and from them the 2x I did to figure out the shaking. Terrible experience, terrible customer service, terrible managers, and terrible owners. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. They are frauds and not willing to help out their customers who bought vehicles with ruined torque converters which they were very aware of the problem and lied to me and sold it to me ruined! Don't ever purchase a vehicle from here. They will screw you! They buy vehicles from auctions that have been in accidents and do enough to get them to pass safety and emissions and get rid of any warning lights and then sell them to you and screw you being very aware of the problems! Save your self some money and buy from a legit dealership not a run down piece of shit dealership like I did. I learned my lesson and warning you now. YOU WILL BE SCREWED!!!

  NEVER GOING TO THIS PLACE AGAIN worst customer service they took our Money n made us believe we were Approved to drive the vehicle out there lot then we later got a letter saying we hadn't got Approved but yet they were Demanding us more money down they have no Shame!!!! They let us take a vehicle that hadn't even passed inspection n the airbags would deployed at any time!!! We Delt with VANESSA, VICTOR, N SOME OTHER GIRL WHO THEY CALLED LETICIA!!!

  They basically sold us a lemon. I CANT RATE IT A ZERO , SO THE ONE STAR IS A NEGATIVE 1 FOR RATING...We desperately needed a car to accommodate our 6 kids and we had a big down payment. Even at 2000 down, we got jipped.. we had the car for 2 1/2 months and it literally died out.. NOW we're stuck paying for this treverse that is NOT RUNNING..and we only had IT for 6 months now.. but used it for the 2 1/2 months... supposedly was owned by a mechanic who took great care of it, saw the car fax and it looked legit. But do not be fooled.. THEY ACT ALL NICE WHEN UR AGREEING WITH THEM, BUT THE SECOND U HAVE OPINIONS ABOUT THE CAR OR CONTRACT, THEY ARE ALL RUDE! the big Boss girl gives you attitude, the girl who's always on her vapor smoke thing gives you rude looks and gets mad at you if she doesn't agree with your decisions (when it comes to cancling the deal, bc they don't have the car ready)...
  BOTTOM LINE:
  *THEY'RE RUDE
  *DON'T CARE ABOUT THE SAFETY OF YOU OR YOUR FAMILY THAT WILL BE USING THE CAR.
  *WANT MORE MONEY
  *TRY TO INTIMIDATE YOU INTO BUYING
  *AND IF YOU TRY TO CANCEL THE DEAL THEY BASICALLY BULLY YOU INTO STICKING WITH IT.
  I WOULD NOT BUY ANY OTHER VEHICLES THERE OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY THERE...
  *WHAT GETS U IN IS THAT IF UR TRYING TO GET A CAR AND U HAVE BAD OR ZERO CREDIT, THEY MAKE IT SEEM LIKE U CAN ONLY GET A DEAL WITH THEM BC OF UR BAD OR ZERO CREDIT... THAT'S THE PART WHERE IF U DESPERATELY NEED A CAR, UR GOING TO JUST GO WITH IT.. BUT I STRONGLY RECOMMEND AGAINST IT...
  WE NEEDED A CAR TO FIT OUR FAMILY OF 8 AND NOW WE'RE STUCK WITH NO DRIVABLE CAR AND MAKING PAYMENTS ON A LEMON ...

  They don't care about you or your safety it's all about them their gain, profits big time, don't care about loyalty as long as you bring money and in part that is understandable they're not there to help they're there to do business, but little people like you and I need someone who's willing to help us out, even if our credit is not as perfect, that doesn't mean that we can't pay or get screwed every time and as they please everyone work really hard to be able to buy something to be proud and say "I bought myself this car". Some of us can be making $8.00/hr, some more, but at the end of the day the same principals apply, work, make money and go to a dealership hopping to buy yourself a nice decent car, bring your business to this place and get screwed up at the end? That it's just soooo...! Wrong.

  I couldn't select zero stars. This is the worst business I have ever been in contact with. Horrible customer service. I got put in a vehicle the same day they bought it from an auction. They hadn't even test drove it yet. I had a different vehicle before this that I was fully qualified for, and had insurance and registration in my name, everything. They told me a few days later that I actually wasn't qualified for it, to bring it back, and they had another buyer already getting into it. So they tricked me into signing papers for the car I have now, saying it was exactly the same as the other one and not to worry. They had no idea what was wrong with it, they just put me into it. I drove it after they had me signing things, and the motor mounts were broken along with many other things. They fixed nothing. They also, to this day almost 7 months afterwards, have never given me any copies of my paperwork. No copies of what I've signed. I've gone in many times to get it and they've told me that they don't have it. Well who does? They also had one of their salesman drive TO MY HOUSE to get a piece of mail from me to have "proof of address", and I still have never gotten my mail back either. This car I've had for 7 months, after putting thousands into fixing it, is completely broken down now. Worst decision I ever made to come here. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
