I went to Young's because I had purchased my dress through Alfred Angelo, and they had closed their stores. Making an appointment was easy. As soon as I walked in, we got started. Young and her employees are all very professional. At the first visit, we made plans for the bustle, adding cups, and bringing the hem up an inch. I paid for all the planned changes at the first visit. The second visit was a week later, the changes were pinned to make sure they were right, and I brought a bridesmaid to learn the bustle. Everything looked perfect, there weren't any additional changes needed so no new charges. I came back a week after that, all of the changes were made, it looked perfect, and I took the dress home with no additional charges. It was so fast and easy.

Fantastic customer service, fair pricing and high quality work.
I travel very frequently and they were accomidating to my unusual schedule. I had a custom ordered bolero attached to my dress, which the seamstress did an absolute amazing job doing. At the end, my dress was ready for pick up early and for the same price I was originally quoted. I plan to return to Young's for any future alterations.response / report this review -

Super nice ladies working in the store. Went to have my wedding dress altered and could not be more pleased with how it turned out and the super quick turn around (1 week)! They are very friendly and professional. Clearly it has been a centerville staple for alterations for a reason. My dress is altered to perfection 😀

I bought a vintage lace Stella York dress from Carrie Karabou & they recommend an alteration store that turned out to be really shady. I went online & found Young' s bridal & liked what I saw & read so I made an appointment. The woman was extremely nice & so quick! I brought it in beginning of June & she said it's be done mid July; it was done by the June 30. It turned out to be more $ than I'd planned but for good reason. I decided to wear flats under my dress so instead of shortening it 3-4 inches, she had to take about 6-8 inches & remove all the lace by hand & reattach it. I was kinda nervous about that but it turned out amazing! I also kept losing weight & she worked with it. I had four 15 minute appointments & was done! She added in cups for my chest took It in from the top all they way to mid thigh, shortened it & reattached the lace. It was awesome & my dress fits like a glove. Will definitely be going to her from now on!!

My sister broke her zipper on her wedding dress 3 days before her wedding. Frantically I called Young's explained the situation and brought in the dress that day. She was able to fix it and I was able to picked up the dress the next day! They are so nice and life savers!

Young did such a wonderful job my wedding gown. She was up front with pricing and, while I didn't shop around, seemed to have reasonable prices. I went back for 3 fitting appointments, as she likes to only make one big change at a time. She was very meticulous with the lace on my dress, you couldn't even tell it had been cut and restitched to shorten the dress. She recommended an American bustle for my dress and made it so easy for us to figure out before the reception and it stayed securely in place the entire day! I've attached photos of before and after alterations and I couldn't be happier!

Young was extremely knowledgeable. She did amazing alterations on my daughters wedding gown. And she made me order a dress that I would have never thought to get for myself. She said no, no, no, trust me.

I had my wedding dress altered here. It was completed in a timely fashion and fit like a glove! The price was also very reasonable. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and capable tailor.

Amazing alterations on my bridal gown. I was so happy with the experience, the time taken and the care that I was provided here. The owner and seamstress is extremely talented and makes your dreams come true. Cannot recommend enough.

Loved going here. I was in a lurch after another seamstress from another company completely ruined my brand new pageant competition gown. Youngs hemmed my new dress in record time and it was absolutely perfectly done. They also sell long dress bags, which can be very difficult to find. Very happy!!
