  Great business! Here’s the biggest thing - they listen! I worked with Cindy and told her what I was looking for given my space and needs. There was no judgement or attempted upsell. She presented multiple options and scheduled measurement.
  
  Once the estimate was presented, there was no pressure and they allowed us to make a decision.
  
  Installation was professional and efficient - they were there when expected and did their job all the while being respectful of the other people in the household.
  
  I would highly recommend. I received multiple quotes from big box stores, local companies, and places with a familiar radio jingle. Price/quality/service were all better and exceeded expectation.

  Highly recommend Yonan - ask for CINDY. After a horrible experience with a well known company, I walked into Yonan. Cindy heled me chose carpeting and after hearing my experience with the other company, came to my condo and measured that afternoon. She expedited and followed up with my order. Amadeo & his crew were great! Professional & did a great job. Cleaned up perfectly after. Very happy with Yonan. I wish I would have used them first!!

  On install: molding was scratched up in 3 rooms. Runner on stairs was damaged during the install by the stretching tool they used. It took them almost 6 months of me chasing them to correct the issue. Communication was poor and correcting the problem didn’t seem to be a priority for them. After getting the runaround and no call backs, turned out they had the runner on their shelf for months. Bottom line: install team blew it and management in the store blew it. Won’t go back and will be deterring anyone I know from working with them in the future.
