  Jason Bowman has really challenging classes. His queues are like poetry and he’s also a meditation instructor which is a bonus.

  If you were wondering where all the great yoga teachers are in SF, they're here!! Huge space, friendly faces, and a fantastic range of classes. Hatha here is incredibly challenging!

  Clean, quiet studio with a friendly dog in the reception area. They offer vinyasa classes that aren't flow, and that are. It was my first non-flow vinyasa class. Interesting, and challenging.
