Established in 1967, Yoder Drilling and Geothermal, Inc. is a fourth generation company with more than 50 years of experience in the drilling industry.
The company began with blast drilling in the coal mines in the 1960's, then expanded into the exploration/test drilling market, assisting with the development of the rigs needed for this type of drilling.
By 1990, Yoder Drilling began installing geothermal loopfields for energy-efficient heating and cooling systems. Since then, the company has successfully installed and currently services more than 7,000 loopfields throughout eastern Ohio, western PA, and WV.
With all of this experience, the natural progression was to expand the business into water well drilling. Yoder Drilling works with homeowners, builders, and local pump-set contractors to install water wells in both new construction and existing applications.
