Description
The first Yet Wah Restaurant opened in 1969 in San Francisco, CA. Since then, as much as 13 locations were existence at one time mainly during the 1990's but only a few remain (San Francisco and San Rafael).
Yet Wah Restaurant was name after the founder's wife. The word "Yet" (月) refers to the moon, and "Wah" (華) refers to brightness. So the word "Yet Wah" means the moon's brightness.
