  Absolutely bare non the WORST HAIRCUT IVE EVER HAD!!! and I went to Cos school!! Owner Liz Downing butchered my hair cutting off over 20yrs of growth!! My hair was at my lower back and she horribley unevenly and with no style LOPPED IT OFF AT MY SHOULDERS!!!
  AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
  When I called and requested my money back she called Lima police and said I was harrassing her!!! And is threatening to sue ME because she did a LOUSEY JOB and I wanted my money back
  Just do yourself a favor and avoid this Trainwreck of a "stylist"

  I have been to Yellow Tuesdays a total of three times. The first time I scheduled my appointment online. The stylist I had did a great job. I then scheduled another appointment (online) when it was time to trim. I got a call that morning that my scheduled stylist didn't show up for work and would I mind going with someone else. I didn't and she did a fine job with the trim, though a little short. Fast forward about 8 months and I called to schedule another appointment. I never really got the name of the second stylist I saw (and the first was no longer working there), so I was unable to request her. As I just wanted a trim, I went with the suggested stylist who was available. I wasn't looking for anything drastic or a color change.
  I arrived with several pictures of the style I wanted and a style I wanted to be able to do for a NYE party. The style was the same that I had gotten the last two visits. We go over what I wanted, I show pictures and the stylist verifies how much I wanted trimmed from my shoulder length hair (about an inch to tidy the ends). The stylist starts cutting and she's pleasant. It seems like there's a lot of hair hitting the cape, but I don't do hair, so I trust the stylist. Turns out I shouldn't have. She finishes the cut, turns me towards the mirror and asks if I like it. From the front it's not too bad. The stylist didn't give me a mirror to see the back of my head, something I didn't really realize until later. I figured out why fairly quickly. The long bob I wanted had turned into a stack and wack. I felt sheared. To top it off, it's very uneven in the back. I attempted to contact management via email and facebook message. It has been a week and a half and I have gotten no response.
  The reason for my 1 star review: Deplorable customer service. The stylist had to know she was butchering the cut. She didn't stop, she didn't ask anyone else for help. She just kept cutting. (My hair is about 4 inches shorter now). Then, management ignored my attempts to contact them (email and facebook message were used as I attached pictures). Had they contacted me, we may have been able to come to some sort of happier conclusion. I'm glad hair grows, but it's going to take me 8 months to get back to the length I was at prior to this cut. I had been attempting to grow my hair out.

  KELSEY IS AMAZING. She is patient and does what you want.. knows curly from staraught hair and how to deal with really damaged hair.. i tried so many hair stylists but she is the best.. really cares abiut my hair and excellent prices..

  New to area & had no idea where to go for cut/color/highlights so gave Yellow Tuesdays a call explain on phone what I wanted & how my hair currently was & very nice lady on the phone said ok I am going to put you with Danielle & I could not be happier. Danielle explained everything, made suggestions which I was very pleased with & I walked out feeling so much better & loving my hair color & style. Highly recommend this salon!!!

  Ashley did a fantastic job fixing my disaster hair cut. I went from uneven and unfinished to sassy and cute! She explained how she was styling my new short hair as she was doing it and gave me some great tips!
  The salon itself was gorgeous and very inviting! Great staff, great space.
