On Aug. 24, 2017, my scooter broke down as I was leaving Osage Beach, MO. I was 5 hours from home. My scooter was towed to YC Powersports in Osage Beach, MO. Chad, the service manager, was able to quickly inspect my scooter and determined that the drive belt had broken. Chad couldn't have been nicer or more professional as he explained the issues with my scooter. I was unsure of how to get home, especially since there were many special events going on in the area at that time. Ashley, who works on the front counter, started searching the internet and making phone calls on my behalf. Before too long, I had a U Haul truck reservation, which made it possible for me to return home with my scooter. Ashley also gave me a ride to the U Haul office which was a good ten minutes away.
Chad also got my scooter loaded into the truck and secured it for the ride home. I felt fortunate and that I was helped by such nice and professional people. What could have been a much more difficult, time consuming, and expensive situation was made much less stressful by their efforts and kindness. Brian O.

I went in here ready to buy a side by side. Apparently the price they advertise online is not the real price. We were ready to buy than told the price was $1500 more than listed online! Very disappointing as this is a nice facility and I wanted to do business here but nothing worse than shady sales tactics. I'll go elsewhere.

Bought a bike from them, acted like it was a big deal to put a plate on for test ride. Then bike was out of gas and sold it that way. No service work done even after asking to. To top it off, had to track down inspection slip only to find out it passed inspection without even all the lights working. Poor service. Was quick to respond to respond though.

I was greeting at the door and amazed at how nice of a store they have. The selection was incredible! The showroom is well laid out and clean - I like clean! The staff I spoke with were courteous, overall, I'm impressed!

Sucked a tow rope into my Sea-Doo impeller. Called Kelly in service he gave me instructions to tow it in, he stayed after close to wait for me to get there and had Jake on another Sea-Doo to help get it on a trailer. Had me back on the water before noon the next day. Top notch service, thanks YC!!!
