Fantastic staff, very easy-going and not pushy at all. Give your price range, they'll make suggestions based on that, and let you go explore and test drive on your own. Very helpful when answering questions as well. Very satisfied with his business, and my recent purchase.

Hi. About 7 years ago, this company location was recommended to me by my sprint car racing brother-in-law, whom we'll call "Bob.". I went in and expected to be denied credit, for good reason (old transplant debt). "Bob" had told me to look at a certain car, but I fell in love with a '96 Saturn SW2 wagon. The salesman indicated that it was a bit more expensive than what "Bob" had asked about but wrote it up anyway and I was approved. I don't normally like power accessories -- more to go wrong -- but this car has been rock solid through 7 years of 20 mi./day commutes. The only thing to go out was the driver door lock button -- until this month when a rear strut finally gave out while hauling band gear. Repairs would be half the car's worth now, so I'm going back there this weekend cash in hand to see what happens, which is how I found this review page. If I get the same service this time as I did last time, I will be extremely satisfied.
NOTE: The ONLY reasons this is not a 5-star review are that I never needed any servicing, and I had a bit of an in through "Bob" -- so I can't speak of service, or the walk-in off the street experience. Everything else? Solid A+. You know what, screw it; 5 stars. That's how it's been for me.response / report this review -

Bought my first car from Wright Motor Company, and i am 100% pleased with my experience. I went in not knowing exactly what i was looking for, and a little concerned because i don't have a lot of credit yet, but the salesman helped me find a car that was perfect for me! The salesman are friendly and knowledgeable and they have a great selection to choose from. I would recommend this as your first place to stop if you're looking for a new car!

Don't do business with this company. They are the definition of shyster car salesmen. They will prey on any unsuspecting victims they can. Did their very best to not allow one of their vehicles to be inspected. Then played the typical paperwork and numbers games to try to show a much better deal than was actually on paper. Packaged in a warranty that they claim is optional, yet refused to remove it. As for customer service, HA!! When approached about said warranty, spewed profanities. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

I Bought my first car there. A 1999 Chevrolet Malibu. The car was the BEST car i have ever owned. Carla Flessner got me a good deal. The car has got me everywhere! To Chicago, Indianapolis and Normal Il. And more. I Did get rid of the car for a Mustang and i made a huge Mistake. I Would send everyone there that i know. I Trust this lot more then i would any other ones around the area. We actually just bought a Jepp liberty too from them and it has been a very good reliable SUV. Carla Flessner is a very honest Sales women that knows a good amount about vehicles also! Go see her you wont regret it! Thanks for reading.
