  Harassed my fiance' this morning, she was having a bad day to begin. She only had a 20 dollar co - pay. The insurance covers the rest. That was last year. Fast forward to today and L&W call and says she owns 3900? She asked what for Stormy said "looks like such and such I think", they can NEVER give you a straight answer. You THINK? ? Well you need to Go THINK about the bills your sending out ,and who and what you are dealing with.

  Erica Larson was my case manager and she was the best I've ever had and worked with me so I could get my accounts paid off without the stress. She is so good i tried to get st Francis to send my other accounts to works and Lentz so I could continue to work with her!

  I spend a lot of time just trying to figure out what they are billing me for. I paid them every month last year. In Jan.this year they said I was paid in full. and had not received a statement from St Francis, but now in April I get a notice from Works that they are billing me monthly again. Called to see what I was paying for. TONI, the manager, was completely awful, and did not want to put up with my call. She should be fired! Hateful snobby! Don Smiggle called me back and was very helpful and understanding.

  They are always super nice and willing to work with you on payment plans. They have never treated me like I was horrible because I couldn't afford the full amount at any given time. Much more courteous than other collection agencies I have dealt with. Super nice and understanding staff as long as you communicate with them.
