  Fast service, only jetblue airline and only travels to NY and FL. Big parking lot, clean bathrooms.

  I hope when the cat iii system is up this December there will be more flights from jet blue to other destinations. They are my favorite airline and I hope they expand at Worcester airport . I also hope other airlines come to Worcester airport because it is not as congested as Logan.

  It's nice but to small for a city with a population of 180,000 Hartford has a population of 120,000 and it has a wey bigger airport

  I recently flew out of this airport for the first time and I loved it! We had a 7:45 AM flight to Orlando. We parked the car at 6:30, and were completely checked in and sitting at the gate by 6:45. You can't beat that! And, everyone working there was so nice and helpful. They even gave my daughter a coloring book and crayons on the way in.
  
  The only drawback is that the parking isn't covered. So, given that we had a snow storm while we were away, I needed to clean my car off. But honestly that's a tiny price to pay for the total convenience and overall experience of this airport.
  
  I would definitely fly from here again if I head back to Florida!

  Excellent little airport. Short term parking (up to 24 hours) is free and plentiful. Overnight parking is reasonably priced ($7 per day). Restrooms are clean. Staff is friendly. Highly recommended for flying to / from Florida. No shuttle service though. You need to rely either on rental car or your own transportation.

  Cute little airport, in and out at light speed, parking very reasonable. My only concern would be what happens in storms or fog, until they get CAT III up and running. It's a very windy high spot. Will use again for non-critical travel.
